End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Audisa Pty Ltd (ABN: 61 690 857 679 | ACN: 690 857 679) (“Audisa,” “we,” “our,” “us”), governing your use of the Audisa Integrated Management System (AIMS), including associated websites, dashboards, software, databases, documentation, and resources (collectively, the “System”).

By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the System.

Audisa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the System in accordance with your assigned tier of access.

Tier levels (e.g., Basic, Pro, Elite, Distributor) provide different rights and access to resources, such as CAD/Revit/SketchUp files, specifications, order placement, and support services.

Your license extends only to the tier you have been granted and does not give you rights to higher-level features unless upgraded or approved by Audisa.
