As an Aboriginal artist and cultural knowledge holder within his family, his practice includes painting, making didgeridoos and other traditional tools and equipment, as well as leading cultural events across the Central Coast and Sydney. His work spans bush tucker, art and artefacts, and Aboriginal and White Australian history.
His art focuses on Australia’s unique native animals and the connection between people, land, rivers and the sea. Working across both traditional and contemporary styles, he uses art as a way to keep culture strong from past to present and to share that culture with others.
He feels privileged to share his culture through his work, with many of his artworks and artefacts now held in collections in countries around the world.
